Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.

Requirements
• Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Illinois state OT licensure
