Their smart design allows for relocation and reconfiguration easily.They are looking for an HR Executive/ Assistant Manager to manage... their company’s recruiting and retention, learning and development, employee performance and employee engagement programs.Position: HR Executive/ Assistant ManagerLocation: Batu Arang (accessible from Puncak Alam/ Ijok)• *Responsibilities**:- Handling monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee records.- Completion of HR correspondence, letters, contracts and other HR related documentations.- Handling staff movement including (new hires, promotions, demotions, leaves and termination) including managing exit of employees.- Handling employee grievances, conflicts, feedbacks, complaints, misconduct investigation and counselling.- Handling company’s insurance and/or license matters, including but not limited to group insurance (GHS & GPA).- Conduct performance appraisal for quarter / annual reviews and evaluation.- Provide advices and information to management and employees in regards of HR policies and procedures including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.- Organise employee welfare events such as, health well-being programs, monthly birthday celebration and social activities.- Managing labour issues and compliance with current practice and legislation.- Performing ad hoc task(s) as and when required by the Company.• *Requirements**:- Diploma/ Degree in HR or relevant qualification.- At least 3 years relevant experience.- Good knowledge of labour legislation.- Proficient computer skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Positive and proactive attitude with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.- Conflict management and problem solving abilities.Remuneration packages:Basic: RM 4000 to RM6000EPF, SOCSO, EISBenefit:Allowance:Working Days: 5 days' work week (Mon to Fri)Working Hours : 8.45am to 5.30pm• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent• *Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month• *Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus• *Experience**:- HR generalist: 3 years (required)• *Language**:- Mandarin (required)
