We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Personal Care Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and providing support for personal care services. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the personal care team, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist with client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage and maintain accurate client records and care plans.
Coordinate caregiver schedules and assignments based on client needs.
Process timesheets, invoices, and other payroll-related documentation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in onboarding new caregivers, including background checks and orientation support.
Support the management team in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
