The role of Customer Contact Advisor is imperative to assist in the smooth running of our Service Department; to help us constantly deliver a 5-star experience to all our BMW and MINI customers. You will, on a daily basis, deal with all inbound service calls for the retailer’s service centre in relation to service booking and other service-related items, whilst also handling all customer objections. This role requires flexibility to work some Saturdays when required.Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:• Provide customer service in line with the brand values, Customer Promise and Employee Commitment• To qualify and log all incoming sales enquiries for presentation to Sales Assistant for Enquiry Management• To receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person, establish the customer’s key service / repair requirements• Advise customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken• Satisfy customers’ needs through making additional products and services available to them• To create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Partridge BMW by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer careWho you need to be?To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will have proven background working in a similar role for a prestigious establishment and providing customers with an excellent experience in person or by telephone.You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail; communication skills and the ability to use your initiative and a willingness to learn and develop.
