Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Operations Manager to oversee our catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. This part-time role, contracted to 30 hours per week, offers the opportunity to progress your career with One Retail, a company that invests in its people and rewards employees who excel.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Liaise between teams and managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Motivate team members to stay on task and deliver outstanding results
• Assist with managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
• Manage tills and process payments efficiently
• Support and train teams to excel in their roles
• Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
