Truck Driver/Labourer
We are a well-established General Contracting company seeking a reliable and hardworking Truck Driver/Labourer to join our team. Trucks are F650 or F150 flat decks.
Position Overview:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wage Range: $24 to $30 per hour (based on experience)
• Benefits: Health and welfare benefits available after 3 months of employment
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate company vehicles, requiring at least a Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Load and unload construction materials, including some heavy lifting
• Assist with general labour tasks on-site as needed
• Follow instructions and work closely with supervisory personnel
• Familiarity with the Greater Victoria area is required
• Knowledge of general construction materials/tools etc
• Towing endorsements are considered an asset but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
