Our client is seeking a Precision Component Manufacturer to join their team specializing in manufacturing gearing systems for the aerospace and automotive industries
The position offers a salary that is competitive and includes benefits such as 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays), life assurance, a pension plan (employee 5%, employer 3%), and a discretionary bonus scheme
Key responsibilities include setting up and performing lapping operations on precision parts, assisting in various production areas, conducting in-process inspections, ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements, and maintaining a clean working environment
Candidates should have experience in engineering or a similar industry, be skilled in using measuring equipment, possess excellent attention to detail, and have good communication skills
Training will be provided for those with relevant experience.
