Join our dynamic team as a Financial Sales Representative Trainee! Our comprehensive program combines self-study with hands-on projects, all structured to ensure your success.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
• Starting wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days as a Trainee.
• Opportunity for promotion to Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base salary plus monthly sales incentives upon successful completion of licensing and onboarding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Engage in a hands-on training program to develop the skills necessary for providing holistic financial advice.
• Participate in goal-setting sessions and progress evaluations while contributing to classroom discussions.
• Gain essential sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners while gaining in-depth product knowledge.
• Ensure seamless application and underwriting processes by overseeing paperwork flow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Motivation to achieve Trainee Program criteria.
• Ability to secure necessary insurance licenses within 14 days of starting, with a maximum of 2 attempts for Life and Health exams.
• Successful completion of CRD/FINRA background checks.
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time for appointments and meetings.
• A commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
PREFERRED:
• Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry and associated marketing practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
