Position: Customer Service & Order Processing Representative
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, via email, and fax by processing orders, quotes, and scheduling requests.
• Accurately input and manage data, ensuring all orders and quotes are processed efficiently.
• Perform general research and administrative tasks as needed.
