WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
Licensed Therapist / Psychotherapist / Register Mental Health and Marriage and Family therapist/ Counselor
Part-time/full-time/flexible schedule/opportunity for growth
General requirements:
Therapists are responsible for provision of mental health services to clients of PSYCH CONSULTANTS GROUP, LLC, in the community. Job Duties include:
• Serves as a Psychotherapist responsible for assuring that all necessary clinical services are provided to adults, and/or children suffering with behavioral health disorders and symptoms.
• Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treatment plan formulation for individuals presenting with behavioral health symptoms and barriers.
• Responsible for planning and implementing psychotherapy groups for adults/geriatrics, when applicable, and following established curricula, to enable clients to work toward individual treatment goals.
• Provides individual therapy with clients as indicated on treatment plans.
• Responsible for assuring that all progress notes, updates to client information and symptoms and treatment plan reviews are documented in the clinical records, according to agency policy.
• Responsible for coordinating care with client’s Primary Care Physician, Psychiatrist or internal team members (such as TCM, Psychiatrist) according to HIPPA standards.
• Utilizes a treatment team approach in serving clients, involving non-ABC personnel as appropriate (according to HIPPA standards).
• Responsible for the safety and security of all clients in program areas under his/her supervision.
• Maintain License and certifications related to working with adults and geriatrics, children, and / or particular specialty/focus
• Participates in Quality Assurance activities as assigned, including peer reviews.
• Undertakes other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree from an accredited university or college and three years full time or equivalent experience working with mental health population(s).
2. State licensure (or registered intern with the state) as a psychotherapist (Clin Psy, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) a focus specializing in adults and the geriatric population, and/or children.
3. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
Other Requirements:
1. Complete a background screening
2. Be authorized to work in the US.
3. Ability to work with diverse group(s) of individuals.
4. Spanish a plus.
5. Exceptional organizational skills
6. Credentialed with insurance panels or willing to complete process independently or with a consultant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
