Position: Personal Assistant to an Entrepreneur
Location: Dorado, Puerto Rico (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contractor (25-30 hours per week)
Compensation: $14-$16/hour (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with personal, professional, and health and wellness tasks. This hybrid position requires someone local to Dorado, PR, with reliable transportation, a laptop, and a smartphone. If you thrive on multitasking, enjoy supporting health-focused lifestyles, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Applicants for this role will be automatically considered for a separate contract for Executive Assistant to the CEO for 10-15 hours per week, if desired. Considering that position will not in any way affect your candidacy for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Health and Wellness Support:
• Prepare daily meals and track nutritional and dietary requirements.
• Manage supplement schedules and ensure consistency.
• Book and manage health and wellness appointments, including follow-ups and reminders.
• Research and recommend health-related services, products, or programs.
Personal and Household Support:
• Manage personal appointments, schedules, and errands.
• Maintain a clean living space.
• Handle online orders, reservations, and other day-to-day needs.
• Run local errands.
Task Management:
• Maintain highly detailed tracking of tasks and projects inside our task manager.
• Manage logistics for personal travel.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience with meal prep and managing dietary plans is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation, laptop, and smartphone required.
