Job Title: Staff Training Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Staff Training Specialist to join our team at The James LJ Center LLC. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing staff training programs to ensure all staff members have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and instructional skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure all staff members have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality care.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff members are up-to-date with the latest best practices and procedures.
• Assist with the coordination of client files and ensure they are completed and up-to-date.
• Support the completion of nursing assessments by the due date.
• Verify that all staff members have completed and up-to-date TB tests.
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and doctors to monitor their health and medication status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing role.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
