Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production-Operations Manager at Cōpow Foods in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Operations Manager will be responsible for production oversight, operations management, and production management on a day-to-day basis. This is a position for someone with deep experience in large scale food production who has a desire to join a family run company on the ground floor, that is scaling nationwide.
Qualifications
• Production Planning, Operations Management, and Production Management skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in operations of food production management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Food Science, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in food operations
