Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong sales skills. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Process transactions efficiently using cash registers or POS systems while adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Experience
• Previous experience in sales or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with product demonstrations and customer service best practices is highly desirable.
• Strong supervisory skills to guide and motivate team members effectively.
• Proven ability in upselling techniques and maintaining stock levels efficiently.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures, including experience with cash registers or POS systems.
