Bartender

Whatwe would like from you:
• Exceedguests' expectations by providing an authentic,friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccableservice and a genuine sense ofhospitality.
• Maintainand oversee all aspects of the bar including a cash drawer/POS system, customerconsumption and support of your front of house and back of house teammates.
• Preciselyprepare and execute an exciting menu of handmadecocktails.
• Apassion for continuous learning anddiscovery by embracing an active and innovativeapproach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
• Abilityto articulate an appealing description of every item we offer. Explain howvarious menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
• Participates in the R&D part of cocktails creations withthe team, Head Bartender and TFG Cocktail Innovator

Skills & Conditions
Knowledge of appropriate tablesettings and service ware.
Thorough knowledge of menu items andservice procedures.
Abilityto take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly andeffectively under pressure.
Musthave problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Thisposition will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
Must be able to stand andexert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
Must be able to exertwell-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
Must be able to lift up to15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
May be required to lifttrays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
Requires grasping, writing,standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening andhearing ability and visual acuity.
Talking and hearing occurcontinuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and otheremployees.

Requires manual dexterityto use and operate all necessary equipment.
