Key Responsibilities
Review the architectural set (drawings/renders/other documents) prior to initiating submittals
Prepare a project start sheet to control the flow of submissions
Review new projects and develop concept designs and submittal drawings in 2D and 3D
Prepare staad analysis report
Work on structural analysis
Collaborate with team/client/architects for initial inputs/clarifications
Maintain committed schedule durations
Review all work products before submittal to the client
Maintain client engagement
Follow up with new clients to freeze the contract
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Demonstrates diligence and management acumen
