Main Responsibilities
• Valuation instruction management and effective first impressions
• Expert advice provision to vendors and buyers, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
• Junior team support and guidance
• Rigorous adherence to office protocols and regulations
• Ongoing contribution to and awareness of performance metrics and objectives
• Marketing material development and property promotion
• Applicant registration and viewing coordination
• Appointment-related follow-ups and inquiries
• Creative input for promotional materials
• Occasional valuation services
Essential Requirements
• Prior experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is vital
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• A solid foundation in Estate Agency CRM systems
• Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
• Polished presentation and articulation
• Performance-driven and ambitious
• Outstanding organisational skills and punctuality
Compensation Package
• Base salary up to £27,000 with commission potential
