Academic Engagement Specialist
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Engagement Specialist to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an Academic Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting parents through the admission process, updating student details in software, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Student Admission Support: Provide exceptional support to parents during the admission process, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
• Software Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information in our software system.
• Database Management: Perform timely follow-ups on existing database entries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Social Media Management: Update and maintain our school's social media presence, showcasing the latest news, events, and achievements.
• Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing initiatives within allocated budgets, including ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Website and Google Listings: Regularly check and update our school's website and listings on Google to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Corporate Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners, fostering collaborations that benefit our school and students.
• Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports as required.
• Student Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing students, enhancing their educational experience and loyalty to our institution.
Requirements

To succeed as an Academic Engagement Specialist, you must possess:
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with planning and executing marketing activities, including ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.
• CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and relationships.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Social Media Literacy: Understanding of social media platforms and their applications in marketing and communication.
• Event Planning Experience: Experience in planning and coordinating events, exhibitions, and other activities.
