Job Title: IT System Analyst (Level 1)

What We’re Looking For
SOTI is seeking an IT System Analyst (Level 1) with hands-on experience in system software and hardware. In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting methods on both client and server side is essential.

What You’ll Do
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming service desk tickets either in person or over the phone for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Investigate & resolve issues reported by users and communicate with specific resources to resolve escalated issues.
• Plan, prioritize and organize workload working within service level agreement standards and agreed objectives.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Provision access requests for corporate applications within an enterprise environment.
• Follow and adhere to IT department policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude and punctuality.
• Work “off/after” hours as needed and thrive in a high-energy environment.
Experience You’ll Bring
• Troubleshooting of system hardware & software issues, maintaining inventory assets and devices.
• Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Network Infrastructure.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Platforms and LAN/WAN Environments.
