Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible to assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and develop the recruitment strategy to fulfill the manpower requirement in line with Hyatt brand standards.

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or T alent management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques.
• Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken .
• Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word , Power Point)
