Job Description:
As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our company's products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads through effective email communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, that engage and convert recipients.
• List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, images, etc.) to improve campaign performance.
• Automation: Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing laws and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on email marketing performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
