What you'll do:
As a Sanitation, you’ll be responsible for maintaining plant cleanliness and sanitation operations. We’ll rely on you to exceed company and industry standards as you sanitize work equipment, floors, railings, offices, and bathrooms. You’ll work independently as you complete day by day checklists and report any findings to the manager. Worked with chemicals and sanitizing agents before? Great! You’ll be the go-to person for cleaning practices, sanitation tools and equipment. You will also be responsible for using a forklift to dump large bins into our waste hoppers. With such a large facility, there are many different things to keep clean and we need your help!
What to expect while you're on the job:
• To work with a small, highly collaborative and diverse team across many areas of the plant.
• To operate a stand-up forklift into our outdoor hoppers.
• To occasionally lift and move up to 50-lb. bags and boxes of cleaning materials.
• To receive training on our manufacturing standards to ensure our team's safety, so everyone leaves as they come.

What you'll need to be successful and safe:
• A high school diploma or equivalent previous work experience is preferred. You'll use math and writing skills daily.
• Attention to detail is critical for detailed documentation of work.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks are needed to keep up with this fast-paced role.
• We work lean, so the ability to work independently at times is essential.
• As part of a team that will rely on you to achieve our goals, you will need to demonstrate a stable work history/attendance.
• Successfully passing a drug and background will be required to ensure the safety of our team
