About Us:

Role Overview:
As a Concrete Operative, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for the preparation, casting, and finishing of precast concrete products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing moulds for concrete casting, ensuring they meet specification and quality standards.
• Mixing, pouring, and levelling concrete into moulds.
• Finishing concrete surfaces to required standards.
• Assisting with the demoulding process and ensuring products are handled safely.
• Operating and maintaining tools, machinery, and equipment used in the production process.
• Always adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in concrete production, construction, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of precast concrete processes (advantageous).
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour in an outdoor/industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
