We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Specialist - Middle Market to join our team.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our middle market clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met.
You will work closely with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to middle market clients
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
