About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent to lead a hotel guest room renovation project in Falmouth, MA. As the primary point of contact on site, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and schedules.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operations on the hotel guest room renovation project
• Manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and trades
• Supervise construction projects within the hospitality sector
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as primary point of contact on site, resolving issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong track record in commercial, hospitality, or multifamily spaceFamiliarity with ProcoreMA CSL certification and ability to provide license number and expiration dateCommutable to Falmouth, MA
