About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Management Executive to join our team at Little Creek Casino Resort. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving IT strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement IT strategy to support business growth and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Washington State Gaming Control Board and Squaxin Island Gaming Commission Internal Controls.
• Manage IT budget and resources to achieve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies to maintain business continuity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve IT project goals and objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
• At least 7 years of experience in IT leadership, including experience in casino gaming, hospitality, family entertainment, or amusement.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies and technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Benefits
