Freelance Business Development Manager (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote / UK-wide (Fieldwork as required)

Role Overview

As a Freelance Business Development Manager, your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping us secure contracts in various sectors, from events to corporate security. This is a commission-only role, with pay details to be discussed based on your experience and the contracts you secure.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and industries that require security services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
• Represent NSB-Global Enterprise Ltd at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
• Provide feedback to help refine our services and market approach.

Requirements:
• A strong sales background or business development experience, particularly in the security or events industries.
• An established network within the UK’s security, corporate, or events sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the security industry and its regulations is an advantage but not essential.

Commission-Based Payment Structure (Freelance Role):
• 10% commission on contracts under £10,000
• 15% commission on contracts between £10,001 - £50,000
• 20% commission on contracts over £50,000

Key Details:
• Commissions are paid monthly after client payments are received, with the first payment made one month in arrears.
• Performance bonuses: £500 for every £25,000 revenue generated in a quarter.
