Job Title: Operations Manager
The successful candidate will report to the Base Manager of Le Boat Laggan Base and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the customer-facing team.
• Ensure the interior cleaning and sanitizing of our fleet meets company standards, providing a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage local income and optimize revenue opportunities to meet sales targets, ensuring financial stability.
• Prepare boats for winter storage and organize team and fleet for season opening in spring, promoting efficient operations.
Main Responsibilities:
We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience, plus annual bonus up to 10% based on Company's target and individual performance.
• Provision boats with necessary supplies and customer requests prior to departure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the Base Manager to meet key KPIs for the business, driving success.
• Capture key customer feedback at the end of each holiday to improve business-critical NPS targets, enhancing customer experience.
