As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet road equipment including tractors, trailers, thermo-king units, converter dollies, and maintenance vehicles.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic, or a combination of both. Additionally, they should possess diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs, as well as successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $29.00 - $35.25 per hour, plus benefits such as health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance. Our team members also enjoy guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, paid training, and paid overtime.
