About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting mental health care within the clinic, as well as referring patients to clinically indicated services outside of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on an objective mental health assessment
• Coordinate referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A Master's degree in social work with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• LCSW Certification required (PA)
• At least 2 years clinical social work experience in a community health care environment
• Clearances: FBI, State Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Clearance
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer part-time hours as you build your caseload, with potential for hybrid arrangements once qualifications are met.
