Job Overview:
Full-time employment opportunity for an Executive Director - HR Compliance & Employee Relations in Pune (Kharadi) & Mumbai (Powai). The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience and be comfortable with hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programs focused on HR risks, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform reviews of compliance rules within HR processes and systems.
• Focus on resolving ER concerns in the workplace equitably.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees to raise concerns and understand their rights and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve complex and sensitive ER issues.
This role reports into the Head – HR Strategy and Governance and drives HR Risk, Compliance, and ER efforts in partnership with key stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
