About The Role

Managing supply expansion, retention, and demand generation to achieve defined business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Acquire holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand guidelines set by the organization within the defined CAC & TAT
Effectively build a sufficient lead pipeline to ensure supply targets are met
Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate
Effectively negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted
Support teams in retention, grievances and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales targets
Manage documentation and data of leads and converted homes
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required Skills
A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owners, guests
Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
Strong in building and maintaining the relationship with stakeholders
Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification And Experience
Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development.,
