We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient therapy in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a 1:1 outpatient setting with a manageable caseload.

What We Offer:
• Outpatient care in a 1:1 setting with a manageable caseload.
• Competitive pay between $28 - $35 per hour, based on experience and interview.

Experience/Qualifications:
• Must be a licensed COTA in the state.
• Open to candidates of all experience levels, including new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in screening and evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, contributing to the development of personalized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based practices to provide effective treatment interventions.
• Assist with ADL retraining and therapeutic activities under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
• Provide consultation and support to patients and their families regarding physical and occupational disorders.
