Job Title: General RN
Location: Augusta, GA 30901
Duration: 1+ Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Shift: Options for 8 / 10 / 12 hours
Start date: August 2024
Job Description
• The RN will utilize broad-based clinical knowledge to effectively assess, implement health promotion and prevention interventions, evaluate patient/resident response to actual or potential health problems, and provide supportive measures for dying patient/resident and their significant others.
• Maintain patient/resident confidentiality and a safe patient/resident care environment, including familiarity with requirements such as medication administration, patient/resident/family education, discharge process, restraint usage, hazardous waste disposal, etc.,
• Assess and act on significant changes in the patient’s/resident’s health condition
• Carry out the plan of care by performing/assigning delegated tasks
• Collect and document pertinent data into the electronic patient/resident medical record
Education: BSN / ASN
License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: Min 3 years of RN experience.
