The security officer should liaise, update and inform the Regional Security Manager for the support, and delivery of security throughout. This will include compliance, statutory and company regulations and processes.Pay Rate:£13.50 an hour (PAYE)Shift Pattern:Sun – Mon – Tue – Wed - ThuShift Times:12-hour shifts18:00 to 06:00Minimum Requirements:1 Years’ experience working within securityA valid DS licence.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Professional & Personable.Immaculate presentation.Right to Work in the UK.5-Year employment / educational history.Preferred Requirements (not essential):CCTVEmergency First Aid Certificate.ACT training Certificate.Conflict management training.Professional or further qualification in Security ManagementFire PreventionMarshallingIOSH Managing Safety or equivalentBe able to use two-way radio’sResponsibilities & Duties:Monitor and improve the level of customer satisfaction for security delivery.Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events.To ensure that records are held and updated as required.Support Security Manager in operational responsibilities to recruit, retain and develop the security team.Embrace a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business.Understand the requirements from the security Manager and then communicate clear and concise direction and guidance to employees and visitors.To support and deputise for the security manager in the operational management and delivery of all manned security.
