Job Title: Flooring Salesperson (Commission-Based)

Position:
This is a commission-only sales role with no earnings cap. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team, driven to provide outstanding service and solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-up
• Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction from selection to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in flooring, home improvement, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
