Looking for a responsible, handy individual to oversee a self storage property. Flexible hours, perform small tasks such as checking on units, light cleanup around property, replacing keys, etc. The hours would be very casual and just on call when necessary. Perform minor repairs or facilitate repairs by contracting appropriate trades. Would be great for a semi-retired individual.
