We're Hiring: Behavioral Aide in Elk Grove, CA
Position: Behavioral Aide
Location: Elk Grove, CA
Pay: Competitive rate
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Position Details:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard school hours
As a Behavioral Aide in Elk Grove, CA, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting students with behavioral challenges to improve their social and academic performance
Implementing individualized behavioral plans and strategies
Supporting teachers and other staff in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive environment
Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavioral changes
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support each student’s needs
