We believe in a work-life balance for our team members, supporting flexibility and choice.Menno Haven is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team!The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral part in supporting sales and marketing initiatives and activities by providing oversight to marketing efforts and ensuring effective communication with prospects, residents, families, vendors, and visitors. This position involves administrative support, resident communication, graphic design, event planning and coordination, budget tracking, and maintaining marketing materials to enhance community awareness and drive sales.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.3+ years of experience in customer service and/or hospitality roles is preferred.Work experience in senior living is preferred.Experience in graphic design and using the following platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom, is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.Excellent organizational, project and time-management skills required.High level of confidentiality and integrity required.Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor required.Must present and relate favorably to the public and senior living population.Benefits & Perks:Excellent Health, Dental and Vision plans.Group Life Insurance – 100% employer paid.Generous PTO.403(b) Retirement Plan.Shift:Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PMFull-time, non-exempt, hourlyAbility to work occasional weekend and evening hours as necessary.We look forward to you joining the Menno Haven team!“We will be an innovative organization that nurtures the human spirit, is passionate about service, and demonstrates God’s love, one person at a time.”Menno Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
