The Wealth Operations Associate is a full-time position with Central Trust Company. The ideal candidate for this position performs a wide range of duties and interacts with other Central Trust Company staff to efficiently support the account maintenance, funds movement and reporting of the company. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
• Process account maintenance on the Trust Accounting and Reporting systems, including but not limited to new accounts, closed accounts, fee modifications, statement set up, and access changes.
• Process balancing functions, including the balancing of systems, checking accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Process funds receipts and distributions, including but not limited to check posting and printing, cash transactions, money movement and tax withholdings.
• Process daily federal and state tax withholdings, class action litigation funds research and processing, and forms printing and mailing.
• Monitor and process emails received in the group email box.
• Assist the Asset Movement team in processing, including but not limited to account transfers, money market transactions, mutual processing, and asset pricing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• Experience in finance, business, or accounting preferred.
• Willingness to grow within the department, such as cross training other desks and duties.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, Trust Company locations, and holding company employees.
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
