We are seeking 2 oil change technicians interested in a future in automotive repair to join our team. As the oil change technician you will be responsible for timely inspections and oil changes of customer vehicles. This is an introductory role that will get you started with a strong foundation, and experience for becoming a certified technician. we are looking for a self motivated go getter to join our organization. apply on line or just stop by and ask for Harold Furlong.
- Provide curtness to staff members across various departments
- Must be able to earn the customers trust and the ability to grow it into an work relationship.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and other advisors to ensure effective coordination and communication
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of oil change, tire service, shocks struts, mechanical knowledge, brake repair, and auto estimating.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Service customers at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
-Dealer Track and X Time is preferred but will train
- We need a professional appearance and a strong desire to excel.
