As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping Tap Health’s AI-driven healthcare solutions, ensuring they are clinically robust, user-friendly, and impactful.The responsibilities would include:Clinical Oversight and Strategy• Develop and oversee clinical guidelines and protocols for chronic disease management, preventive care, and digital therapeutics.• Validate and refine the AI-driven health recommendations to align with evidence-based medicine.• Provide medical insights to shape product development and user experience strategies.Innovation and Research• Lead clinical research initiatives to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital health solutions.• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve AI models and healthcare algorithms.• Stay updated on global trends in digital health and translate them into actionable strategies.Compliance and Quality Assurance• Ensure all digital health programs comply with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.• Implement quality assurance mechanisms to monitor and optimize clinical outcomes.• Act as the key liaison for regulatory approvals and certifications.Collaboration and Leadership• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development.• Represent Tap Health in discussions with external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions and government bodies.• Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals.Educational Background• MBBS is mandatory.
