Qualification:
Any Degree/Diploma with basic computer knowledge. Good communication skill in Malayalam and English.
Job Role:
• Responsible for listening and understanding client requirements and their issues.
• Identify root cause of issues or problems and work towards resolving them effectively and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for providing product or service information. Should have deep knowledge about company products and services and accurate information to communicate to customers about specifications, pricing, and any relevant policies and procedures.
• Handle customer dissatisfaction or experiences about products and services.
• Must handle complaints and issues with empathy and patience to lead to satisfactory resolution and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions in a CRM system or any other tool.
• Collaborate with developers.
• Maintain professionalism and a bright outlook.
