We are currently recruiting an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join my clients team based in Darlington. They are a succesful and rapidly growing recruitment agency with further growth plans in 2025
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• New Business Development
• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for roles
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
• Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop new business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
