The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to counsel candidates, and a results-driven approach.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development- Achieve monthly sales targets (Core Sales) through effective lead conversion and relationship building.- Generate new business opportunities through assigned leads and data.- Identify and pursue new markets and revenue streams to expand the business.Candidate Counselling and Support- Provide expert guidance and counselling to candidates from across India.- Understand candidate requirements and provide tailored solutions for education admissions.- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Admission and Post-Admission Procedures- Assist candidates with admission procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth post-admission processes.- Ensure timely resolution of candidate queries and concerns.Data Management and Analysis- Utilize assigned data to drive sales and achieve targets.- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions.Internal Collaboration- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure alignment and effective candidate management.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives.Performance Metrics- Monthly sales targets achievement.- Conversion rates of leads to admissions.- Candidate satisfaction ratings.- Team collaboration and contribution.Requirements:- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in education admissions.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
