Pay Range: $25-$30/hr W2
Duration: 4-6 month contract
Core Responsibilities
• Experience with the recruiting process which consists of sourcing, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Communicates with candidates and stakeholders including HR business partners at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the coordination and preparation for recruitment events.
• Assist with the maintenance of weekly Talent Acquisition reports.
• Assist with the preparation and creation of communications for the Summer Internship Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Qualifications
Required
• Proficient with an ATS system (preferably SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Now)
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (internet, social/professional networks, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and high level of attention to detail with a focus on data quality
• Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Education
• Required: 2 year degree or certification in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 5 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
