We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical Investment Banking Associate to join the Union Bank team and help us continue to provide our clients with high-level financial services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing financial models, conducting research, and providing expertise on potential and ongoing investment banking opportunities. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter and has a passion for the financial industry. You should have a strong understanding of financial modeling, analytical capabilities, and the ability to make sound financial decisions. You should also be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. You should also have at least two years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related role. Additionally, it’s essential that you have strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
