Responsible for cost calculations to determine how much it will cost a company to complete a project or provide products and services to its clients. The individual will do this by researching the costs of the materials, transport, labor and equipment.· Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.· Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.· Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.· Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.· Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.· Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.· Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.· Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.· Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.· Estimate costs by looking at the entire project.· Present cost estimates to Head Management.· Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project.· Input cost data into company database.· Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost.· Look at customer requirements for a project.· Work with the sales team to prepare proposals.· Preparation of contract for the sub-contractor.· Preparation of the payment certificate for the sub-contractor/client.Preparation of the variation, change order, cost impact, completion certificate for the sub-contractor/client. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.· A minimum of 5 years’ as an estimator or similar role in fit out industry· Should have a valid UAE driving license· Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements· Ability to put together a professional presentation· Ability to create reports on costing data· Amazing analytical and math skillsLooking Immediate Joiner
