• *Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator**
• *Job Description**
We are currently seeking numerous candidates to join our team as warehouse workers. In this role, you will utilize a cart to pick and prepare orders by navigating various aisles. A key component of the job involves operating at a high pace to ensure daily order fulfillment. Additionally, you will receive training on operating a reach truck, capable of extending up to 50 feet, and a cherry picker for elevated tasks, with safety harnesses provided. Responsibilities during the mid-shift and evening shift include picking products and loading trucks efficiently.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Boylston, Massachusetts.
• *Work Environment**
The work takes place in a 380,000 square foot distribution center that boasts brand new equipment and storage racks. This modern facility offers workers a unique opportunity to be part of a foundational team. The environment is fast-paced with a focus on efficiency, where music is played to enhance the energetic atmosphere. Working hours extend until tasks are completed, typically involving 10-hour shifts, which may occasionally extend up to 12 hours. Current openings are available for the Night shift: 2pm - 12:30am, Sunday - Thursday.
