Hales Home Care are seeking x4 Senior Care Assistants to lead and support our growing Extra Care team in Stockton-on-Tees. Up to £12.00 per hour - Block shifts
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll not only provide high-quality care to our service users, but also take on a team leader role, guiding and mentoring a group of carers. You will ensure that our care standards are upheld, helping to foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both our service users and carers can thrive.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of our service users. Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
• Assisting individuals in taking their medication
• Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
• Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
IDEAL SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT
• Passionate about helping others.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or service industry is welcomed but not essential.
